No login required. The process takes two steps: you declare your intention to withdraw, then confirm it. You will receive an automatic confirmation by email immediately upon submission.

This online withdrawal function is provided in compliance with Directive (EU) 2023/2673, applicable from 19 June 2026.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to submit your withdrawal before the 14-day period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs — except any surcharge you chose for a non-standard delivery method — without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly request otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied proof of return shipment — whichever comes first.

Returns

You must return the goods to us no later than 14 days from the day you submitted your withdrawal.

Return shipping costs are at your expense. We do not cover return costs unless the product was delivered defective or incorrectly.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalised goods produced to your specifications
• Sealed goods not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery
• Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, once execution has begun with your prior explicit consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost
• Service contracts fully performed with your prior explicit consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is lost upon full performance
• Goods that by their nature become inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
